A Day In The Life

Sunday Scaries in salad form.

Radicchio, avocado, 7-minute eggs, uncured bacon, charred scallion and green olive sherry-vinaigrette. This is one of my fave salads. The acidity of the vinaigrette balances out the bitterness beautifully. When I open a restaurant one day, this will be on the menu. 🤗

Can you guess what method of eggs we’re preparing? Some say this is the hardest method of all, but I’m gonna show you my favorite way to make it EASY PEASY 🤗

I’m basically a #honeydeuce now. Had the time of my life covering everything culinary at the @usopen this year. The US Open isn’t just about tennis. It’s an adult’s wonderland, filled with epic food and eats from all the best spots in nyc. I ate and drank all the things, hung out with my chef pals, met some awesome tennis players and had the best time getting to know all of my co-hosts for the show (especially @rachelbesser lol). Thank you @usopen for an unforgettable week!

Believe it or not, ravioli scraps make beautiful bow-tie (Farfalle) pasta. So, don’t throw those scraps away! Finished this with a sumac and Parmesan butter sauce (looks pink and I’m LOVING IT), fresh oregano, orange zest, and some edible flowers that taste a bit like orange too.
